There were a few things both my mother and I ordered but after 2 weeks of payment, I still didn't have my order (or even an email saying it had been dispatched). I then emailed the customer service team and asked if the order would arrive by a specific date as i was moving house the following week. They couldn't tell me when they would be able to post the items as they had run out of stock. Then I asked for a refund. They waited a while and then replied saying the order had been dispatched (after me explaining that I was moving house and wouldn't even be living in the country where my order would be delivered). Very frustrating experience. So now I've spent money in items that are non accessible to me, nice one Zateful
