Worst customer service. I tracked my packed since it arrived in the US and apparently it had the wrong zip code which could have been my fault but I have never made that mistake before. Anyways, apparently it was undeliverable and didn’t have a return address so it couldn’t go back to the company and instead got destroyed in “dead mail”. Zaful blamed me for putting the wrong zip code and said I would not get a refund or a new package. I spent over $60 on their website and have received absolutely nothing and no grace from this company. It’s one thing If I did in fact put the wrong zip (which I really don’t think I did) but if there had been a return address then they could’ve gotten their package back and sent it to me again or refunded me. This company is a scam.
