I ordered 3 bathing suits and 2 crop tops and patiently waited for them to arrive, especially with this pandemic going on. Terrible experience. I was told my order shipped multiple times and my order would arrive soon, after 3 weeks when i checked with DHL and my local post office they had never received my package. The customer service is terrible and the only words they say to customers are "I understand you want your package but there is nothing we can do". After being lied to about my package shipping, I filed a compliant to get my money back (which they were not too happy with) and finally shipped out my package and I received it after a month. Luckily, I really liked what I purchased and I made the right decision going a size up (swimsuits especially run small) but I was worried for several weeks if I was going to receive what I ordered or get my money back. I refuse to order from somewhere that cannot assure me I am getting what I paid for. Clothing was great, Customer experience was a mess. Do not recommend.
