I made an order back on March 30th and I picked the standard shipping option (5-8 business day delivery). I received the notification that my package had shipped on April 2nd from New Jersey. However, I have received no further updates on it. I messaged customer support, and my first response back was completely in German. I asked for the message to be translated to English, and they did reply in English but with none of the prior information that the had given me. All they said is to wait 10-15 days for them to check with the courier and then they would get back to me. This is ridiculous. I will never be ordering from them again.
