Absolute trash. Ordered something almost a month ago and it has said “label created, not yet in system” since about a couple days after ordering. Try to submit a ticket and you won’t get access to your account to do so. Try to reset your password? Impossible, “the captcha is wrong” (it’s not). Try to sign up through another email to send a ticket that way? “That emails in use” (No, it’s not.) Scam scam scam.
