LIES LIES AND LIES. Do not waste your time and money shopping with this company. Even if you pay for expedited shipping, they will take FOREVER to ship it to you. I paid for standard shipping, which is typically 6-8 business days, but when I contacted customer service to find out why it was late, they claimed that shipping takes at least 8-10 days EVEN WHEN THE WEBSITE CLEARLY SAYS OTHERWISE. I requested a partial refund for the shipping, but they kept avoiding my questions and gave me false promises such as "Oh, we will email your carrier to hurry it up." It's been about 2 1/2 weeks and I still have not received it.
