I placed an order April 4th for 8 bathing suits. The items were shipped in two separate packages, 2 in one and 6 in the other. When I finally received shipping information for both packages, one of the numbers came up as a Duplicate tracking number. I got no help when I brought this to the company’s attention and they told me to reach out to the post office. I received two packages a few days ago. One of the packages had the two bathing suits I ordered and the other package had a one piece and some jewelry- I didn’t order any of these things. When I again reached out they told me that they would give a $17 refund in store credit and I could keep the items I had been sent by mistake. The bathing suit isn’t my size and I won’t wear the jewelry. I spent over $90 in total INCLUDING insurance and they’re somehow only giving me $17?? The items that I ordered are no longer in stock. I’ve been going back and forth with the company for days and have received no valuable information or assistance. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from them but I wouldn’t order from here again.
