I spent over $150 worth of clothing . And let me add I did not purchase anything that is not refundable (Is bathing suite etc..) only 4 of my items did not fit . I didn’t think it would be an issue for a simple refund on 4 items when I’m keeping EVERYTHING ELSE (again I spent $150) and when I asked for refund for just the 4 items I was told to keep the items and that they would refund me 30% back of the 4 items ..... I asked why ? There refund policy states “if you are not satisfied with the items received we can easily arrange an exchange or refund for you . We are here to help” Therefore I am very confused as to why I am not being refunded for the 4 items . So if I were to stupidly purchase again and something didn’t fit in just s.o.l ? Then why would I purchase again ? False policy represented = legal actions taken.
