I wish I would give it 0 stars. I ordered a top over 2 months ago and it never arrived. After tracking it, I realized I had entered the wrong zip code. I tried contacting them and it was a disaster. The first time they got my name and delivery completely wrong. They refused to answer my questions on the online chat forum so eventually, I called them. I was told that they couldn't help me until the item was returned to them and that I should receive an email from them within 10 days. 2 weeks passed, and I called them back. At this point, I just wanted a refund. The person I spoke to said only customer service could help and gave me their email address. When they finally got back to me, they told me that because so much time had passed my item had been destroyed and they couldn't send me a new one or give me a refund. I couldn't recommend them less.
