One order two parcels (LB524655602BE and 392246364360) from different warehouses both created and shipped on 27/4/20 And 28/4/20 respectively by FedEx courier service
LB524655602BE supposed to be delivered by mid-May, after several emails and tracking searches, it was declared undelivered and finally returned to sender because of incomplete address details (missing street number). Nobody bothered to contact the submitted phone number to notify upon arrival.
Customer service informed us some days after by email that the parcel was destroyed by local customs (!!!) with Zaful stating limited liability in such cases ….. so no refund can be provided (*). All this without any official document proving the action (which custom authority did it and for what reason)
(*) Of course small print may have passed unnoticed but I do not remember having given my consent to such obnoxious term; anyway… I am very much afraid that the second parcel (392246364360) will also have the same fate … very sad for my 14 y o daughter craving for them
Most probably it is a case to follow legally not just for the money but more for the principles and ethics this company lacks
