This might be a bit long so sorry for those who hate reading.
Back in April, during the Corona virus thing, I ordered some nice bathing suits to look forward to something. Turns out that the shipping got stuck transit on 9th May. I spoke for 2 months with first Vincente (who I think is a robot) and Javier (who I guess was human). Today I get to know that the parcel will never arrive as I was told ‘it went back to the carrier”. When I asked if it can be re-sent, I recieve an email that my query has been answered. Turns out there was no message, so I’m guessing customer care just simply pretended to answer so my query wouldn’t seem as if it was not answered. I also noticed that the escalte ticket option was removed. In any case, I was offered a refund but still I haven’t received it. I hope at least they give me this.
