My item was never received. Several back and forth conversations were has with multiple “customer service” representatives where they claimed I gave the wrong zip code, however, this is not true. Even in giving them them the right address twice, the package still didn’t arrive. When I asked for a refund they said they can not give me a refund because it’s not in their policy.
