My son ordered clothes from zaful that did not fit. So he paid $15 to return clothes. Zaful did not provide a return labels. After mutiple times of them trying to give me store credit. They returned money to my card. They say customer service is there top priority and it's NOT they also say easy returns. Well they said they will pay 30% back of paying for return label. Well in order to get money back for return label the only way they would do it is if I open a pay pal account. After telling them over and over I do not have nor want a pay pal account. Could they mail payment to me or return to card. THEY WOULDN'T. Only insist on me opening up a pay pal account to get my money back for return label. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAP CLOTHES. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
