they have the worst customer service. lets begin with i recently changed my number and everywhere else they updated it no issues. but zip has had me locked out for two weeks. I've reached out to many robots because that's what they are and keep asking for the same information i sent them what i can to verify its me and yet nothing is done and they ask for the same items. save yourself the head ache never use them if you wanna use a pay later option just go with Klarna or after pay they at least have great customer service .
