I will no longer be using zip pay since we do not have the option to use a credit card it is less convenient for most users . Hopefully they can redeem themselves , Afterpay will be my new platform of purchases

I've been calling about my account for a week. Every time I talk to someone they say it will take 24 to 72 hours. It is pass 72 hours and now they are saying they are backed up. I been locked out of my account for a year and every time I call its some kind of excuse for them not getting my account updated. This is crazy.

Sadly I agree Zip has definitely declined - the customer service is the worse and they are over charging me and admitting the mistake but not correcting it. I will pay off but never use again.

They declined my application for credit after I had given them more that enough info & explained to them that me & my husband have a joint account, they wanted my share of what I pay for, gave that to them (which isn’t a lot as I work part time) After they had declined it I contacted them but they couldn’t give me a clear reason for declining it was ie: do I not make enough? I have never had a problem in the past from other companies if I’ve ever needed credit for something, customer service was not helpful at all and kept repeating the same thing that I can reapply in 6 months, will not be using this company again

I have been trying since December, 2024, to get my virtual card back on my app. No one has been able to help me after months of emails. It is now February, 2025. It's ridiculous that this can't be done in a timely manner. I love using Zip, but without a virtual card, you can't order anything online. Their customer service stinks!!! 👎🏼

These people are worst you pay your stuff on time. They find an excuse to block you out of your account so you pay off stuff like they say and they still give you an excuse so you can’t use your account then you try to close your account and it won’t let you close it so you have to close out your whole bank account. They are a scam. Don’t trust them.

I changed my phone number now for some reason they can't find my account not even with email, like my account has been whip out .Seen them a screen shot of my purchase and still no hope. So when I write a complaint, this morning they have took my payment out of my account.But telling for 2 weeks they can't find account. My advice is to stay away from this company was good a first but seen like it's a little fishy now

COMPLETE SCAM ! THATS ALL THATS IT! It’s been 5 years since I could use my account due to someone sending me a BROKEN COMPUTER from Mercari. Once the Mac arrived to my house I realized it was very very damaged. So I disputed through my bank because zip wasn’t trying to do anything . Mind u everything was fine before the dispute soon after they tell me to call navy federal to reverse my dispute but I didn’t proceed because WHY WOULD I! Lmao are y’all crazy! They THOUGHT I’d be a fool and reverse the dispute and wait on them to credit my account which was never gonna happen anyway. lol this company is a JOKE! I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Not even to my worse enemy! I HOPE AND PRAY! They ROT AND BURN! SCAMMERS. They don’t even try to fix your issues! I called yesterday tryin to see what I can do since it has been 5 years . Still the same answer “there’s nothing we can do since u disputed” so I just hung up! I’d definitely recommend klarna over zip, after pay etc klarna is much kire professional and they ACTUALLY HAVE A PHONE NUMBEBR TO CALL TO GET HELP! And they will work with you! These other companies SUCK! Sexzle sucks, zip pay sucks, after pay sucks. But klarna is definitely one of the best options in my opinion.

My hours have been reduced at work due to an ongoing medical condition that may require surgery. I'm not in the position of being able to meet minimum payments. I have made several offers to make smaller payments but Zip have rejected every offer I have made.

Wish it could be 0. Same issue everyone else has. This is the only company I know that take a month to return your already processed return. I never knew an electronic payment to take 13 days to receive its seems to me that chose as a number. It took 13 days for them to update a transaction they knew they over charged and now 13 day to correct their make and send my overpayment. No one wants to loan Zip or any other company money. I'm just waiting on my overpayment refund so I can close the account. Clearly they are incompetent at what they do when the choose to be and I will not deal with that!

Please be careful using this app, at first it was doing well but after a few uses later the amount starts to change, it over charges the amount you enter then you have to wait 13 for a refund And the worst part, when the merchant doesn’t charge you zip still does, I got a partial credit and they said I would only receive the rest of the credit if they receive an email from that company that it wasn’t charge, so currently my bank is disputing this with them and zip had closed my account..
