I had two transactions with zip one seller wsinker.com and rapidnally.com never received the merchandise from either seller after zip had debited 2 payments out of my account. So I contacted zip to let them know I had not received the merchandise and I tried contacting the seller but was getting an error message on both sellers and not to debit my account anymore until the problem was resolved. Zip asked me to show proof that I tried notifying the seller, sent zip 2 screen shots and zip said they will investigate. Then zip tell me I can't get a refund because they refunded me in March of 2023. So basically their saying I lose my money zip is debiting out my account and I get no merchandise.
So I had to contact my bank, and I'm reporting them to the BBB. Zip knowing these sellers are fraud continue to debit my account before and after being notified. Zip says their policy is once you're refunded on a transaction, it cannot happen again. Zip needs to screen sellers regardless.
