ZIP has horrible customer service. I first set up an account, filled out all my information, and when I went to purchase I received a message stating my credit card wasn't working. After trying 3 other cards from two different banks, I sent a message to customer service. DAYS later they said your account is on hold. I was required to give them a LOT of sensitive information. Again, DAYS later they said it was fixed. It wasn't. Again DAYS later they responded and ZIP told me they wouldn't accept me and wouldn't tell me why. I have stellar credit. I have NEVER been rejected for a loan. The worst part is it took well over a week for them to reject me and now they have a lot of sensitive information.
