I've used zip for several orders. It was until my shein package was stolen that I had an issue with them. There is a lack of accountability for the companies. Shein refused to refund my package despite me not being home and then leaving my package in front of my door. I came home 2 days after they delivered my package. Package delivered 11/11 expected delivery 11/14-11/18. I arrived home 11/13 after a vacation to be informed the package was delivered early. I checked with neighbors and then reached out to all parties. They declined and said I'm still responsible for making the installment payments and can't receive any new products or a refund! Spare yourself the headache! I'm disputing all charges with my bank and closing out my account.
