Wish it could be 0. Same issue everyone else has. This is the only company I know that take a month to return your already processed return. I never knew an electronic payment to take 13 days to receive its seems to me that chose as a number. It took 13 days for them to update a transaction they knew they over charged and now 13 day to correct their make and send my overpayment. No one wants to loan Zip or any other company money. I'm just waiting on my overpayment refund so I can close the account. Clearly they are incompetent at what they do when the choose to be and I will not deal with that!
