Received my order quite late but arrived intact. The product matches the description. This a revised review. Such a shame as the product range is great. They seriously need to develop better rapport with decent delivery companies and half of their complaints would be gone. The other half goes to the fact that customers should not chase their orders - delays happen and understandable but it is the company that should at least send an automated correspondence.
