“Highly disappointing. 3rd time it's happened like other customers. Evri scheduled to deliver then don't as package too large. Surely when selecting a courier they are supplied with information of the parcel! I now again have dogs without food and had to buy another bag from another supplier to ensure it's here on time. I've given them 3 chances now and have been a loyal customer for years but will not be using again while evri are their chosen courrier or until they provide the courier with the correct info of parcel size!”
“Received my order quite late but arrived intact. The product matches the description. This a revised review. Such a shame as the product range is great. They seriously need to develop better rapport with decent delivery companies and half of their complaints would be gone. The other half goes to the fact that customers should not chase their orders - delays happen and understandable but it is the company that should at least send an automated correspondence.”
“The most fraudulent of all. I started with initial deposit of $350 after seeing some videos of prominent personalities. They kept asking for more money. After 30 days they froze my account and said I made more than 300% profit so to unlock it I need to pay more money. They gave me a quiz and asked me to answer all questions. When they wanted my money they did tell that they will quiz me. Ultimate for some or the other excuse they didn’t return any of my money. I sent a follow-up with Madacovi and their response was helpful for me to get back my lost. This is a significant amount.”
“Ordered a simple cat litter box. It was 15 days ago. First the excuse was the parcel got lost. No second excuse now. No information received, customers need to chase them via general forms and a machine responds. CoupIe of days later an assistant replied though. I think they are scammers”

“Contacted Zooplus Customer Service due to a missing delivery and a lack of update by the courier.
I can't thank both Zooplus Customer Service Administators enough.
On first contact the administrator raised an urgent request with the courier to provide an update on what was happening to our delivery.
On second contact the administrator advised the courier had lost our order.
The administrator then raised a duplicate order yesterday afternoon and it was delivered to us by 11,00 am today.
What a fantastic proactive response by Zooplus.
