I needed some shoes for the following evening so ordered a pair at 10:09 on Thursday morning my Friday afternoon I had to drive out and buy a pair from the shops. Saturday afternoon the shoes arrived so I asked about the next day delivery and was told they were ordered after the cut off time. I think this was a generic response as they seem to be used to dealing with \u2018issues\u2019. When I asked what time that was they said 10am\u2026.10am cut off time for next day delivery is a joke!! Worse than that it doesn\u2019t mention the cut off time anywhere in the site and I\u2019ve read every bit of small print. It didn\u2019t even give me an eta after ordering so I couldn\u2019t challenge it at the earliest possible time. Nicole in customer service has told me that the cut off time comes up when you\u2019re selecting shoe size\u2026.that sounds odd but I thought maybe I made a mistake so went through the process again ( screen recording as I went ) and nope, she lied. "Order a pair from Amazon, mid calf , cap toe and military style, like the British combat boots before those ugly Brown things. Well made, solid sole and rugged leather through out. They look awesome with my Utility Kilt. Cheers "
