I obtained a quote online for home insurance but needed specific rquirements for valuables cover. I phoned through to OneCall and explained to the Operator, Emma, the requirements I needed. She searched online for the most suitable insurance company and within a few minutes was able to give me a quote and outline the cover. I asked for the details, terms and conditions for this Policy and within 5 minutes these were emailed to me.
