“We found One Call originally by browsing the web. They provided an excellent policy at a considerable saving over our insurers of the time and we accepted their offer. We had a small claim last year for a plumping problem which typically was at a weekend and the plumber who came was 'not the best'but he came and got us functioning again. I would say that I don't think the insurance company would have known that the plumber was not the sharpest knife.
