“I thought the person on the phone spoke to quickly!!
Also I think that as I have been a loyal customer for a good few years it seems unfair to charge me a adminstrtion fee off about £35 because I have changed my car I think that I should of been offered a reduction .
Please can you e mail me back your thoughts on this matter.

“After speaking to someone through the online chat and was trying to change my address and I was advise of an additional premium of £300 which is what I pay for a year at the moment. After speaking to a lady on the phone and explained that I can take out a brand new policy through themselves for £250 for the year she managed to change the address for £55.20 which included the £35 administration fee. As you can imagine I was very happy after speaking to them on the phone.

“KW9 dealt with my renewal. She was very efficient and pleasant but spoke rather quickly. Perhaps to save time. I was pleased with the service once I had got through - I had to wait online for quite some time as they were busy.”
