“I ordered some items on 24MX.com that I received after 3 weeks. So far, I'm not complaining. A few of these items I returned by following the exact Return Policy as seen on 24MX.com, to an address in Poland.
Now it's been 2 months that my parcel is at Customs in Poland.
After 30 emails with 24MX customer service, they never claim the parcel from Customs, and still saying that my local Post Office should deal with Customs in Poland.
Save yourself money and big headache, don't use 24MX. Awful experience..”

“Terrible customer service. Over A month later and no delivery. They also will not get involved once your parcel has left them. After a month of contacting multiple people I finally got through to GLS in Poland. All at my own cost in phone bills and time wasted. To find out they have not provided the necessary documents for my parcel to be shipped.
They still do not care. Please save yourself the heartache and trouble. Support your local retailer. It may seem to be a deal. but as I have come to learn the cost of chasing my parts and the fact my money is tied up and lost a month of time. I will still have to get it locally anyway.”

Helm gekocht, week later was die 130 euro afgeprijsd. Ze geven aan het verschil niet terug te betalen, ik moet hem maar retourneren en een nieuwe bestellen. Ik krijg daarna een retourformulier van een of ander vaag Duits bedrijfje. Mn zoon (waar de helm voor was, hij is 15) kreeg bijna de tranen in zn ogen dat de helm terug moest en maar moest afwachten of hij zn zuur gespaarde centjes snel terug zou krijgen. Zeker gezien de overige reviews gelezen te hebben, is dat best een uitdaging. Telefonisch is het bedrijf niet te bereiken, contact is alleen per mail mogelijk. Wees gewaarschuwd....”

“Doesn't deliver the items you order. Instead gives generic cheap brand alternatives. When contacted about it, eventually offered a replacement with the correct product as they realised the mistake, after taking the time to post off the return items myself I am greeted weeks later to the exact same wrong items again. An absolute joke and a waste of my time and money. I have been unable to ride now for weeks due to their mistakes. The rest of the order was ok, and I would have used them many more times if it was not for this mistake.”

I ordered and paid as usual and my package was suppose to be delivered on Monday.
They did not put my name on the parcel now dhl it’s telling me it’s lost.
It’s now Saturday and I’m at dhl wainting to 2 hours searching for the parcel and absolutely nothing.
I have a 50 friend gand that we all enduro together and always buy loads of stuff.
Nobody will ever buy from you people again this I can absolutely guarantee.
On Monday I’m taking you to court for this :)
