“Customer service goes above and beyond. When I placed my order, I had designed the sign myself and did not notice that my logo was not of a quality that would come out clear when printed on a large scale. The customer service team at 1-800-THE-SIGN called me and informed me of the issue and had me email them a different format logo and they inserted it for me. The sign and frame were delivered earlier than expected and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to purchase signs from 1-800-THE-SIGN again and will recommend them to everyone I know that is shopping for a sign.”

“Every time I order, I'm happy with the quality to the sign. On this last order my end user had issues putting the sign up. I made several calls and sent emails. Everyone was a great help. Sending me videos and instructions to help. Even offered to get on a call with my end user to get the sign installed.”
