“Tracking the package is imposible and this is a scam , the history of the tracking said the package has been delivery and it is not true , I have camera on my house and my package never arrived … no customer services”

“I forgive you-- confess your sins to Jesus, turn from them, ask Him into your heart, and you will be saved-- going to heaven forever, and He will guide you, and love you like no other, in your life -- Get a Bible- read the book of John to get to know Him better, and then as you read your Bible, study it, and use it to keep you on the right path. I hope something great can come out of this-- find a Church -- non denominational if possible - not Catholic or Mormons, or Jehovah Witnesses -their religion is dead. Protestant and non denominational preach the truth--be around people who truly love you . God bless 🌻”

“I bought an item from Tiktok, ice maker. The seller used 17Track showed it on 28th August 2024 arriving in UK. On 29th, received a small jiffy bag with a useless piece of costume jewellery. Wasn't tracked, Royal mail never received the so called tracked item. Sellers are using 17Track, giving false information. This is consistent with others on Tiktok who've received same tracking, then the seller closes their site.”

“Great tracking website that shows exactly where my items are. More detailed that fedex and ems by far. As long as you're buying from reputable sellers you won't be scammed - unsure why there are so many low scoring reviews, as these guys have nothing to do with shipping, they just track the reference number associated to your parcel.”

“This mob are associated with a Chinese company selling platforms for working at heights. That “claim” that they are only a tracking service and are not responsible. If you’re still working with scammer companies that say something is delivered and it’s not, that makes you an accessory to theft! You’re aiding and abetting the Chinese scammers! If I could give minus “stars” I would! These people don’t even have a contact number! And good luck getting an email reply! Buyers beware!”

“My package shipped from Hong Kong and was in transit for more than 80 days and has never been delivered. I contacted my Capital One Visa account and they are investigating and will report their findings. I assume the package was lost or stolen.”

“I've had 2 scam companies in one month, shipping from China use 17Track. Both provided tracking information, one delivered a small parcel containing cheap jewelry instead of an Ice maker. The 2nd one, used 17Track, after PayPal investigation, they returned my money. These scammers advertised on Facebook and Tiktok promoting their goods. Do not trust 17Track as they are assisting these scammers. Both used Royal Mail UK as delivery option.”

“I never received my package. I've been trying to find it for weeks. NOW they want me to put in my credit card to get an answer. I can't believe what a corrupt co. I think I have come across. If they're legitimate, I want nothing to do with them.”

“Do not do business with these people. They say it will be two weeks to deliver a phone case after you buy it and wait a week before they give you any update to hold off you cancelling which cant be done anywhere I see. You know where the stuff is coming from to take two weeks to ship. Then they dont respond to any email about their lousy service. All around joke and it will be on you if you buy something from them. No name no reply take your money. They suck”

“Ordered two different items with two different cards and two different addresses. Both receipts had the same tracking number. I called both banks and had the charges reversed however 4 days later one of my banks fraud department called me and someone was trying to get into my account. Scammers and yes, if the price is to good to be true its a scam. I'm strictly an Amazon girl from here on out.”
