Dead car battery in the driveway, scheduled service online after finding them on a Google search. It said the ETA would be tomorrow but got an update via text there was a status change and that they would instead arrive in an hour. Great surprise. Shows you the GPS location of the technician which was convenient. Checked battery to confirm it was dead and replaced it on the spot. Sometimes fast and easy is a great thing! Fantastic work!

Having Wil bring the battery to my house and install it was great. My battery was completely dead, so even getting a neighbor to jump it would not be enough. This way I stayed home and Wil brought the battery, installed it, and tested the alternator to make sure there wasn't a problem there. I will be calling them again next time.

The experience as a whole was good. Quick and Easy use to order and set up appointment. Technician was friendly and professional. Work was done very quickly. The company provided regular updates. My only issue was the appointment time was between 8-10 and tech did not arrive until 11:30. Everything else was positive.

This has been an awful experience, the work was not completed correctly, we were misinformed by the technician. And now we are told we have to take the car to another shop to have the work completed correctly, presumably at our own cost.

Was very knowledgeable about changing my battery and looking at all vital signs above vehicle. I am so happy I use this company to maintain my vehicle. Thank you and the guy who worked on my car was awesome.

Lack of communication. no follow up. Window time was inaccurate due to company adding a job at the last minute bumping my pre scheduled time 2 hours later without any notification. No return call or response to chat message to let me know .

My technician Wilber was great! He came the same morning I submitted my order and replaced my battery very quickly. He also diagnosed an alternator issue with my car that I had no idea about. Very friendly and quick service. I am happy with my experience with 1-800-Battery.

I was happy with the experience overall. It's more expensive than buying a car battery myself and installing it, but you pay for convenience, right? The technician was great - polite, friendly and efficient. The only thing that could be better is if they would state timing expectations more clearly when ordering. I placed my order on Saturday night and had to text on Sunday morning to find out status. Site says 2 hour turnaround time is typical, but that's if you order within normal business hours. There wasn't anything that I recall that explained that up front. If I had known the earliest I would see a status change on my order was the following morning due to an after-hours order, I would have been all good. I would still recommend them. I may have saved more than they charged by avoiding a tow to a shop.

This worked great! Car battery died when car was at home in the driveway (and was initially resuscitated by AAA but it died again). 1-800-Battery was a super easy/great solution because I didn't need to tow my car anywhere to get it fixed. Just added the right battery to cart (easy to do on the website because you just enter what kind of car) and then scheduled a time for someone to come replace the battery and take the old one away. Worked perfectly and technician was quick and helpful. Thank you!

Ordered battery and did not show for appointment, made another for later in the day, no show agian. Next day they were late over an hour, when "technician" arrived he had no idea how to replace a BMW battery, mangled a bracket and pulled wires to get in in. Car is at BMW being repaired. Very bad experience.
