“Placed a request online after dinner time for a battery replacement. Received a call in minutes with a time estimation. It was easy to track the driver and we were at the vehicle when he arrived. Prompt, thorough, and courteous. He certainly helped alleviate the stress of my car situation.”

“I've never used this type of service before. My car battery died. I searched for mobile battery replacement. boom! 1800battery came up in the search. Overpriced battery, but i was in a bind, no biggie. The estimated time was an hour and some minutes. I thought, not too shabby, it's worth it. Then after completing the order i get a text saying the tech would be there in 32 minutes. I was like, this is really good. the 32 minutes went by and no tech, the hour and something went by and no tech. I clicked the text message agein and saw the tracking option. Tracked the tech and he was somewhere else. I called him several times, but the call failed every time. i texted him with no response. i called 1800battery and they said they would contact him. they did and the tech called me back saying he was at another stop and i was next on the list. In all it was about 3.5 to 4 hours before he showed up. He was done with my battery in 5 minutes. Overall very pleased, just way too much time to get to me. had i known it would have taken that long I would have selected another option.”

“The service was excellent. I unexpected found myself with a battery that didn't have enough charge for my MINI to start. I did not want to tow the car just have it go do a shop to get a battery, so I looked up a battery delivery and installation service for my first time ever trying. I discovered 1-800-Batttery. I filled out the online service request form... enough to get a quote. The quote was specific to my car, and it included a picture of the type of battery I'd receive as well as information on the full price (including installation). I then used the online chat feature to ask questions before I placed the order. The customer rep replied within a minute and could already see what I inputted in the service request form. I placed my order at 8:30am on a weekday. I immediately received an email confirmation as well as a text with a link to an online order status tracker (including the name of the assigned technician and the estimated time of arrival). My service technician arrived at my home around 11:15am after helping another customer that ordered prior to me. I received text updates with the estimated time of arrival. The technician (Danny P.) also called to confirm his ETA. When he arrived at my home, he explained to me what needed to happen to replace battery (given that my battery in under an additional covering). He then handled the battery replacement and follow-on assessment to make sure I was all set. Danny was polite and easy to deal with. My car of running perfect.”
