“The ad said they could have a battery to me within as little as 90 mkinutes. I completed the on line purchase and they pushed me off till the next morning. Nobody called me the next morning. I called three times and they told me they couldn't contact their tech and i need to wait till noon to see if they could get a hold of anybody. Ugggggh. I called the good old AAA which i should have done at the start.”

“Scheduled battery replacement same day for a scheduled slot between 2-4pm and technician didn't arrive until 8:30pm. When he did arrive, it was super quick and effortless. Overall I do recommend if you're in a bind, but keep in mind that it may take considerably longer to arrive than you anticipate, so plan for that. I checked in with chat customer service 5 times to get ETAs. Although it was quick and easy to connect with a representative, it wasn't until the final check-in that I actually was able to get an actual ETA. Throughout the day I had no idea when he'd actually arrive, which made it hard to plan my day.”

“I was very impressed with the customer service at 1-800 Battery.com's agent. Everything was explained in simple terms so I as a customer would understand what exactly will occur and what was included. The price was definitely right and the technician Donnell Carrington was prompt, very knowledgeable and more than prepared for the job which only took him only about 30 to 45 minutes at the most; particularly on what had to be done to remove the battery in my 2017 Ford Focus S Sedan. To say that I'm pleased is an understatement!”

“The young man that installed my battery was very efficient and polite. I have no paperwork. No warranty/no receipt no nothing in addition I am fearful of using my car as the battery is discharging while the car is running and my reset of the computer is no help. My neighbor had a look and asked me why I bought a used battery? I told him it was new for $360.00 and change and he had no further comment”

“Absolutely terrible customer service. My order invoice showed I purchased an Exode battery and when the tech finally arrived, he told me I was getting a champion battery which is a much lower brand and quality of battery! ! I told them that I wanted to cancel my order and they told me they would, but we’re still charging me a $100 fee!! That is terrible business and completely unacceptable!! I would not recommend this company!!”

“Excellent service, Paul did a great job of replacing my battery, he was gentle and respectful of the car. The price was on target, in fact better considering he came to me! I would have given 5 stars, but he did not make the window of time given, however this was easily taken care of with the online chat who told me he would text me with a link to live tracking. I would absolutely use these guys again and recommend their services.”

“The service was excellent and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and quick. My issues is the the arrival time wasn’t what was stated and if I didn’t follow up I’d wouldn’t know when would be the arrival of the mechanic.”
