“Delivery was prompt and installer was courteous. I was disturbed to find out that I had paid an additional $25 for extra distance delivery because the repairman told me he was pleased because the delivery distance was so short. In addition to that he did not prepare and grease the battery terminals on installation. He told me he did not have the necessary grease to do this. As you are aware this is a normal procedure when installing a battery. Anyone installing a battery should use portable voltage source to maintain voltage on the car's computer so that it's memory is not lost. He did not do that and I had to reset all my radio channels and my windows.”

“My car's battery suddenly died at a gas station trying to leave. Christopher came within the hour (went through roadside assistance) and was able to diagnose the battery and replace it with a new one on the spot. There was a glitch with ordering online that day but he quickly put me in touch to place the order over the phone. It was a smooth and painless process and we really appreciate the 3-year warranty!”

“I really can't evaluate the battery since I haven't driven the SUV. If it works I will like, if it does not last as long then I will be disappointed.”

“I was told that it would be 2 1/2 hour wait time and that when the technician was on way, I would receive a text with tracking. After 3 1/2 hours I called customer service and they said the technician was finishing up a job (to which they had told me it take 15 min to do) and then he would head over so probably another hour. An hour and a half after that call I finally get a call from the technician saying he was on way but over an hour away. 20 min before he got to me I finally got a text with tracking. So the 2 1/2 hour wait ended up being a 6 hour wait. Today my battery also has been a little off and car doesn’t start fully the first time. I’m hoping that it’s just the car getting used to the battery”

“After a few false starts concerning appointment times, when one was ultimately settled upon, the service was flawless. Service Technician David McDaniel was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. In addition he was kind, engaging and someone who was wonderful to talk with. I was glad to have him work on my car.”
