“It was so great to order a battery online and have them show up to install it and not have to sit for hours at a garage. My only complaint is that they were supposed to be there at 9:00 a.m. and didn't get there till 11:30.”

“Called yesterday and paid for guaranteed delivery and installation of a battery in my car by 5:00 pm. Still not here- what if I had been on the side of the road?? No way to reach a human being- I was on hold a total of two hours. No one at " live chat." No one is here still. 17 hours after my guaranteed install. Never again in Nashville.”

“Very satisfied. The website ordering was clear and easy, setting the appointment was simple. The technician JOEL BARAJAS arrived exactly on time, was polite, friendly and professional. He completed the job without any problems and the battery and car are working fine. My only criticism was the phone wait time to speak with a representative, I finally had to hang up after waiting two different times and never getting through. However I used the chat feature and the chat reps were helpful and efficient. Thanks, I would use your service again and compliment Joel for this good work.”

“Someone showed up almost on the date to when the quoted time was when I placed the order - and they called ahead by about 40 minutes. Very impressive! Once he got there he quickly swapped my dead battery for a new one and I was good to go. I live in a semi-rural area and my neighbors were all at work, so I was pretty much stuck without 1-800-Battery and would have missed a lot more work if it weren't for this service. It's something you hope you never need but are really glad it's there when you do.”

“I needed a new car battery installed ASAP. I-800-Battery was the first one that came up on my google search. I read the information on their website & determined this was exactly what I needed. I scheduled my appointment for 9 am the next morning. After entering all of my information including my credit card number I received a confirmation email for the date and time I requested. After em waiting one hour without the tech showing up, I called the 1 800 Battery phone number on the confirmation email. I listened to the same recording, “your wait time is less than one minute, there are 9 callers in front of you.” This continued to play over and over again. There was no other way to speak to a live person. I called this number all morning & received the same message. I reviewed my email again to see if there was anything I missed & found nothing. After waiting 3 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment & no word from 1 800 Battery I was sure I was scammed so I found another way to get a battery. 4 1/2 hours later I received a call from Brian the tech who said he was at my home to install my battery. I told him the scenario & he told me, “I hear that a lot! But I’m the only tech and came from New York.” I apologized & told him I am refusing the battery & my reason why. 1-800-Battery needs to do a better job with their customer service! I would not recommend this business!”

“1-800-- Battery was an excellent company to use for my auto battery on site service. The system is perfect for updating information, pricing was very competitive, and the service from my technician Deshawn Chester was fantastic. Friendly, professional, informative and overall a comfortable period of time with the on site battery install. I would highly recommend 1-800 Battery to anyone needing a battery install. Rated 5 Star!!!”

“Scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM but no communication till 1 PM. I tried to call 1-800-Battery, it kept saying 4th caller in line, 3rd, 2nd, and back to 4th caller. That went on for an hour and got tired. The technician showed up at 1:30 PM.”

“Good people all along the way...customer service (the music on hold is dreadful) and the actual service/driver were excellent The driver was able to be positive and upbeat after a day of very cold jobs all over the area. It's too bad, but understandable that he arrived 4 hours after promised time.”
