“I probably would not use 1800B again. The battery showed up 3 and a half hours after the order. The battery showed up and was the wrong size. The tech had to go get the proper size and it took an extra hour. And it cost me $60 to get the tech in and out of the paid long term parking lot because they didn’t communicate properly with office to bring the proper battery in the first place.”

“My son’s car died on the freeway exit! I was able to quickly order a replacement battery and a time for delivery and installation. I received a text showing where my technician was on a map. He showed up on time and took like only 5 minutes to get the job done. I was very impressed with Matt and wouldn’t hesitate to call again.”
