“It was Sunday and I had a dead battery and was at the office. I was in direct need of a replacement, After googling found this company and thought let's try it. I ordered a battery online to fit my car for 250. Got called back and because the auto has a start-stop the price was 450 because of a different battery. Normally I would check this but I was in need of quick service. After googling the battery afterward it was only a bit more expensive than told. This is not right. Also when the mechanic came, very friendly guy, he clearly never had changed a battery in a Ford Escape. I even told him how to do it and eventually helped him to make sure he got home in time. It took him almost 3 hours..... I felt so sorry for him :-). I think next time I just call a friend to get me the battery and get it done for 150 dollars and within 30 minutes. Was a nice try but never again.”

“My daughter's car battery right before her first day of college. One phone call and a new battery was installed a couple hours later. On a Sunday afternoon no less. The tech did all the work and I got to be the hero.”

“I live in Manhattan. Single female who hasn’t owned a car in 34 years! My new car, “George” is a 2003 Honda CR-V. I was parked on the street and had to move my car for ASP. Battery-Dead!! I found 1-800-Battery. What an AMAZING service! It took a couple hours for them to fet to me, but the price of them showing up and installing a new battery was WAY better than 1. Having to have my car towed ($200.) 2. Finding a garage to service my car 3. Having to buy a battery myself. I WAS THRILLED! They are very professional. The technician, Zach, who worked on my car was knowledgable and professional.”

“Great service. Sold me two outstanding batteries for my GMC Sierra 3500. My dealership was impressed and could not compete with the price. The point of their on line service was a miscommunication about weather I had a 48 or 78. Had no idea what they were talking about. Later I consulted with my dealership and they had never heard of such a reference. The installer was sent to my location with a 78. It did not fit my vehicle. This resulted in an hour and one half delay.”

“Total waste of time!!! My battery went dead in my garage and I called my normal mechanic who said that they didn't have the battery in stock but could order it. I looked at the 1(800)Battery website and they gave me an ETA of 3 hours. Even though they were $30 more than my regular guy, it sounded more time efficient to me so I booked the apointment. My card was charged immediately and then I waited until they were about an hour late before I called. I was put on hold for a long time so I used the chat feature. It took three times to get an answer (the first two people "accidentally" disconnected when they put me on hold to check with the technician). Finally, the technician showed up 5 hours late with NO communication from the company (with the exception of the one time I got through to someone). Terrible customer service!!!”
