“Highly recommend this company! I needed a new battery but in order to get one I would have had to jump start my car and then drive it to the auto shop. Rather than deal with that hassle I looked online for a company that would change my battery at my house. I found 1-800-battery offered this service in my area. I put in my car type and time I wanted service and within minutes I was scheduled to have my battery replaced without even leaving my house. I was notified via text when the service driver was on his way and I could even track him through an app. David was knowledgeable, polite and worked quickly to change my battery. I was very impressed with this service and would highly recommended it.”

“My experience was excellent! I received same day service. The technician (Ivan) contacted me in advance, arrived just ahead of the scheduled time, worked quickly and safely, and was extremely courteous. There was only one negative part of my experience. To confirm that my requested appointment time would work, I initiated a call and a chat request. I gave up on both after ~30 minutes.”
