“They were here 2 hours earlier than they said…which was great. The mechanic was done in 1/2 hour or less. Price was right. Would recommend to a friend”

“I called at 11am, was told it would take 2-3 hours they were a like busy. So after 4 hours I started calling.back. Was told it was coming. I called at least 6 after 3pm. So at 7 I asked for a refund, was told he was 2 hours away from me and I was next. Driver arrived at 9:15 that night.”

“I was satisfied with the process and the installion. The price of the battery included the installation cost and was not broken down. The battery I purchased comes with a 3 year warranty. Hope that holds true. Installer was very nice. Delivery and installation was a little late, but i was notified of the delay.”

“My car was dead and I needed a battery. I called around for places to see if they would come out and put a battery in for me and no one could do that. So I got online and looked around and there was a number for one 800 battery, so I called them. They were out so quickly with a new battery, installed it and everything was finished within two hours. This company is amazing and I want to thank them so much.”

“I went out to start my car on 1/21/25 and the battery passed away. While I was looking for what a new battery would cost I noticed 1-800-Battery and their claim that they would come out and install the new battery. As an elderly person I was happy to see that someone would do such a thing. I booked the service online and was told it would take two hours to accomplish. That didn't happen. I chatted online and was told they were slammed and they gave me a new appointment window for the following day (1/22/25). The window passed without the service happening. I called them and was told that they can't find a tech in the area to do the work. I waited until today (1/23/25) and when nobody arrived to do the work I paid for three DAYS earlier, I canceled my order. I contracted another company and my battery was replaced within a couple of hours at a price slightly less than 1-800-Battery was going to charge. Don't trust these people.”

“Ordered my battery. Tech came out and had an issue. It was resolved in a timely manner. He worked on the car in below zero weather. Car started right up.”

“I’m 76 years young and my battery went dead and the temperature outside is at 17 deg. So I found 1-800-Battery on line and order a battery for my car with installation. They came with my battery and installed the same day. Thank you 1-800-battery”
