“My car battery died in the synagogue parking lot in the late evening of Sunday, and after some phone calls I had a new, high-end battery Monday 12:30. The technician was great, friendly, smart, expert at his job. Give him a raise!”

“5 star rating! The tech came to my home within an hour. The battery in my car was dead and a simple jump did not work. That did not deter the tech. He took out my dead battery, used a spare that he had on hand, started the car to warm up, replaced the dead battery, jumped started it after the engine was warmed up, then waited to see if it would start again. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. The cost was reasonable as well. Nicely done 1-800 battery.”

“Tech had to be called to see when he would be there. We were scheduled between 8-10 am, he showed up at 10…with one battery not two like I ordered for my truck. He had to go get the second battery after installing the first one. I was told he would test the old batteries before installing the new ones just to make sure that was the problem, he did not do that. The delay in leaving and returning with the 2nd battery really delayed the day and other plans.”

“The moblie service was exactly what we needed on a snowy and cold day in DC. The battery was able to be charged instead of being replaced. The arrival was within two hours. Would definitely use again.”

“A bit expensive and the employee that installed the battery was a bit rude to my girlfriend, overall though 1-800-Battery did the job of coming to my car and installing the battery same-day as my purchase.”

“This place is a complete joke and waste of time. I chose 1800battery for time and convenience and it was neither. Ordered Monday morning and got the run around for two days and canceled. What a clown show”
