“The entire process was so quick & easy from placing the order online to the execution of the delivery & installation of the new battery that same day which isn’t even an option below. Everything was all the same day. The man that installed the battery was very friendly, punctual & efficient. Would recommend your company to everyone.”

“My car battery died when the car was in my garage. I couldn't start using jumper cables. when I was thinking of towing my car to an auto store, I found 1-800-Battery. This was like magic - I scheduled an appointment online - a person showed up checked the old battery and replaced it with a new one. I received a battery with 3 year warranty.”

“5 Stars. This service is so easy. Trying to have a battery replaced at a garage or dealer is a pain... no appointments etc. I scheduled the appointment same day. And it was done at my house. The tech was quick and it all only took about 10 minutes. Highly recommend.”

“I would give a 0 if possible. I hired Jan 3- they were supposed to arrive at 11am- by 4pm ish they showed up without the correct battery- came back by 6pm put it in. It lasted a week of making weird sounds before having to be jumped again. Aaa had to come out and jump it. It died the next day. When I got back to town, I called the company, someone was supposed to come out Feb 2nd- no show- several calls later he shows up on the 3rd doesn’t knock to let me know he’s there or anything - apparently the wrong battery was installed … and apparently y another battery was put in and I was charged am additional $99!!!! Well guess what? I go to start it the next day.. guess what won’t start because the battery isn’t installed correctly…. I call and was put on hold for over 30 mins.. worst customer service and worst company ever!!!!! I want my full refunds!!!!”

“I am incredibly impressed with the service we received with 1-800-Battery. I scheduled an appointment for my elderly mother as I couldn't get to her to take care of the issue myself. The technician was on time, understood the situation and was not only incredibly kind and thoughtful to her, quickly fixed an issue with the order providing the wrong battery. I'm incredibly grateful for the help and service they provided and have already shared the story with multiple people to know that they exist and to trust the company.”

“Do not utilize this company. They are a complete waste of time and a joke, Their scheduling is very disappointing. I scheduled an appointment time way in advance for them to come out within a two hour window and then the day before I receive a text that they are coming out and it was the wrong day. The day of the appointment comes and then the app says that they are 11 minutes out and starts counting down and then states they are arriving, but no one arrives. I contact Sarah Roby in customer service who is awesome and she calls the tech and states he will call me which he does not. DO NOT USE THEM, You will be disappointed.”

“Great service and a great idea. Price was high (330 for a 120 retail battery). 275 total would have been fair with plenty of profit for 1 800! No install should be without an alternator check at install time. That should be part if setvice Overalll, very glad i found you”
