“Great service! Discovered our car battery was dead late in the day Saturday, they came the next day (Sunday) to install and make sure all was operational before the technician left. Will be sure to recommend to others and use again!!”

“When the technician arrived, he was efficient, friendly, capable and fast. Unfortunately, he arrived nearly two and a half hours after my "window": I was told he would be there by 8:18 a.m. and he arrived after 11:35 a.m. Before he arrived, I spent a long time on hold on my cell phone - which I could not charge because my car battery was dead - trying to get confirmation that he was actually on his way, since he was so late. If your original email had said to expect him after 11 a.m., I would not have been sitting in a hot car on asphalt for all those extra hours. I would have gladly shown up at around the time I should have actually expected him...and would not have dealt with illness caused by heat exposure. It is far better to underpromise and overdeliver, than to overpromise and underdeliver when your entire business is based on helping people who are stranded with a dead car.”

“The representative showed up within his window, brought a better battery than the one i had wanted to purchase, and did the trade in about ten minutes. He really took the stress out of the situation.”

South Jordan, UT 01 8/7/2022 Car battery was dead, and could not be boosted or jumped. Scheduled replacement service online for noon-2pm that day, for either an AC Delco, or Die Hard battery for the car, can not remember which. At 2:30 I called to check progress, or reschedule of appointment. They said he was running late, and it was now scheduled for 4pm. At 4:30, called again, and they said he was on his way, and should be there by five. He showed up a little after 6pm! I was just glad to have the car running again. However, instead of the batteries named, it was some make that I never heard of, and could not find on the internet. The repairman said it was just as good as the name brand, and I accepted his word. The mechanic was very nice and helpful, and obviously stressed, since he was the original noon to two appointment, and had worked solid all day. My beef is twofold. They scheduled an appointment they could not keep. I could have gone with other sources. Instead, I sat around all afternoon waiting. All they had to do was schedule me after 4pm, and I would have accepted it. Substituting a no name generic battery for the ones listed, is not acceptable. will have to see how long it lasts. The two star rating is only because the repair man was good, and helpful.”

“Great service- Tech was friendly and communicated when he was running behind schedule. My appointment was at 1030, but the tech didn’t show until around 630. I did schedule on a Saturday and there were a lot of orders! I would just say plan ahead and be respectful to the techs who work hard in this heat! Thank you Eddie!”

“Very convenient. Quick service. The only issue that concerned me was the fact I ordered a Die Hard battery and the guy showed up with an Interstate battery. I am not a battery aficionado so relying on the person I spoke with at 1-800 Battery is honest and trustworthy. My car is starting. Just hope I did not get a cheaper battery installed while paying for a more expensive one.”

“I needed a battery replaced on site. Went to their website and filled out all of my information. Got a confirmation and tech ID number and a 3 hour window. No issue on waiting. Called their customer service 3.5 hours later only to find out they don’t service my area. That would have been great information to know when I booked it! What a waste of my day.”

“A little disappointed. I was informed my hybrid battery for a Prius V would be arriving today. In fact, the install was scheduled for today at 4. I just called customer service and was informed that the order was still being prepared and would be installed this following Monday at the earliest. I think it is very important to give customers accurate times for service. I can update this review after the install happens. Hopefully it will actually happen on Monday and won't be further delayed.”

“This company is terrible. They will lie about the services they offer and scheme you during the install to get more money out of you. As a former employee of the company I've witnessed them put a battery in an a new audi without a scanner and messed up the dashboard codes. Car wouldn't drive an the company would not reply or answer the phone. They will lie on service time appointments ect. These people are modern day crooks. Don't fall for the convenience. JUST GO TO AUTOZONE PLEASE. THANK ME LATER”
