The communication with me was poor. I had an appointment for 8-10am and never heard or received any notifications that the person was running late. I had to call to find out if they were going to show. When they did show up, the person I had was great!

This was super easy to set up. My technician Louis V. (in Denver, CO) was incredibly nice and answered all my questions. I learned a few new things about my car thanks to him. Louis is awesome.

Terrific service!!! The service tech Anthony was so nice. Explained everything he was doing, made a few recommendations, really went above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend this service to everyone who needs a battery replaced. I'm a senior with a very ill husband and being able to have someone come to my home and replace my dead car battery was (literally) a lifesaver.

Both people that I dealt with, in this incredibly stressful situation, were amazing. From the guy on the phone to the guy that did the replacement, both very professional and courteous. Big asset for your company!

I give this a four because I am suppose to have a battery with 3 year warranty. They gave me no paperwork to show the warranty and kept taking about just going to buy the battery. I am not sure I have the battery I paid for.

The technician who performed the service was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I do, however, have an issue with what felt like an upsell after I had already spent $300 initially on the battery the website for the battery suggested for my vehicle. An hour later, while stranded, which was obvious, I received a call saying I needed to spend another $120 on the "correct" battery and they were aware the website needed to be fixed ASAP. I felt trapped into saying yes and overall wouldn't recommend the service as a result.

Installed a battery, my car died a day or two later, so I had them do a warranty check to see if it was a bad battery. Sent the SAME PERSON who told me it was my car, not the battery, and I believed them. My car had to be jumped 3 times since then, and I finally took it in to see if it was the alternator, etc and the mechanic ran diagnostics on my car, determined it was a BAD BATTERY, installed a new one and now my car is running perfectly. Ran a diagnostic after the new battery install and confirmed it was still the old bad battery. Tried to go through the company to resolve, who told me I needed to find the garbage battery and go through the warranty process again. Huge scam, not worth the cost, stay away.

Very quick service and reasonably priced for a “come to you” install. Kevin even made sure the new battery was receiving a charge before he left. Definite 5 star service.

We have given an "acceptable" rating only because they did not come on the day confirmed and they did not call to inform us of a date change. We spent five hours just waiting for the battery technician to come. There was no phone call to let us know of a date change. They came the next day and installed a new battery. All fine and good, but we wasted the day before waiting for them to come and they never did.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, EVER! I normally only take time to give good reviews. But this experience has been not only beyond poor but potentially dangerous. In January I order a battery that online that was suggested from the site for my Dodge Journey. The man came out, put it in all the while complaining that he wasn't happy that he had to remove the tire to put the battery on. The company charged 200 in labor over the cost of the battery to put it on. A couple weeks later, the battery is completely dead. I call this company and they charge me $99.99 to come out and check the battery. It is bad so they replace it with a battery that the technician ran done to the corner O'Riley's to purchase (at least that's what he told me). He is the same technician that put the first battery in. Now, three weeks later, the battery is completely dead again. So I have my car towed to the Dodge Dealership and they test the battery. They tell me it's a dud. That is what they called it. They said the battery was so bad that they could not even jump my car for several tries. They did all kind of diagnostics on my car. No problems. Just the battery. Now my car is in the shop getting a new battery from the dealership. Of course, the shop was very busy so it took them 3 days to get to this point. That's 3 days that I'm stranded without tranportation due to 1800battery.com. After I get off the phone with the mechanic, I call 1800battery and am told that since the first battery was replaced, the second doesn't have a warranty. That they will be reimburse me any of the $339 dollars I paid for the battery. Heck, they should be apologetic for the horrible service. It is scary for anyone no matter a single women being stranded due to a bad battery. The representative, Jaylen, that I spoke said, "I'm hear your frustration but that's just policy." I am currently waiting for a call back from the manager, Jason. I will update this review if they call back. Somehow I doubt they will even bother. Sad. DO NOT USE THEM!!

They missed the installation window and there was no communication. The online chat feature asked me for the order number and then silence, never got back to me. Finally got them on the phone and they said they would be here the next morning, but again, didn't show up. More calls and they finally came but with a different battery than the one I bought. I'm handicapped and grateful for this service but it was a terrible hassle, and very unprofessional.
