“I am deeply frustrated with the lack of communication you've demonstrated during this service call. Last evening, at approximately 5:40pm I was advised that your technician would not be able to get to my home to perform service. I further advised that a technician would be available between 9am and 11am today. It wasn't until I reached out to you via phone that I was told that you did not have a technician available who could meet the timeline YOU specified. I would have appreciated any sort of communication providing me with this information so that I did not sit around the better part of my morning waiting on a technician that you knew would not arrive. I expect that you will make every effort to communicate delays and issue you may have in servicing customers, so that they are not held hostage by your inability to be transparent. It is now 11am EST. The person with whom I spoke at about 10:48am today advised that your technician was running approximately two hours behind schedule. I expect that you will communicate any further delays or disruptions so that I may adjust accordingly.”

“TLDR: The installer installed the battery wrong and I had to pay to tow the vehicle and pay another shop to connect the battery properly. I called, emailed and live chatted with 1800battery to have a battery delivered and installed. I should've known the company was sus when the LIVE chat agent just stopped answering the chat randomly in the middle of the booking and never came back after 20 minutes. After booking via phone, 1800battery came a few hours later with the wrong battery. Thank God I was not on the side of the road. He had to leave and come back with the correct battery. The car still wouldn't start after he left so I figured the car must've been having additional issues. Long story short, car towed to repair shop and I found out 1-800 battery didn't install the "+" side of the battery correctly. The poor guy just didn't know what he was doing and shouldn't be installing batteries. I'm not sure how they vet their people. Now I have 2 additional bills on top of their bill. Disgusting work and a waste of $$$.”

“Wow! No idea that this option existed. It's Sunday morning Thanksgiving weekend. I left my lights on and the battery went dead. 1-800-Battery responded within 2 hours of initial contact. Courteous, knowledgable driver delivered & installed new battery. I'm back up and running! No trip to the dealer. No delay. Less than I expected to pay.”

“Unfortunately, it took 24 hours to get the service I needed, not 2 hours as promised. The technician was great. He changed the battery and started the car, but later on, the car did not start again. Apparently, the key needed to be programmed. I had to call another expert to do that. and cost me 250 $ extra.”

“Second time in a few months that we have needed -1800-Battery. Once again, we were not disappointed. The delivery and installation were prompt and as promised. The technician that serves our area is knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and informative. He answers all my questions and explains things. He is very reassuring and makes sure everything is in good working order before leaving. Although it is a little more costly, the convenience is worth it. Thanks 1-899-Battery for a great service.”

“AWFUL experience! According to the website I was to get a new car battery delivered and installed within "69 minutes". Granted it was Thanksgiving Day, but that is what they stated as I placed my order. They were happy to charge my credit card and that is where communication stopped. NO COMMUNICATION at all. Given it was Friday morning and I had still heard NOTHING I canceled the order - which was also VERY difficult to do because of their terrible website. I'm still not sure if I was refunded my payment - I'm expecting a hassle given how terrible the rest of their service has been.”

“This was a perfect experience. I found the web site. Ordered my battery, on a Sunday, had car not useable in garage, mechanic arrived after I returned from work, professional knowledgeable and replaced my battery and got me back on the road. 5 star review 👍”
