“1-800-Battery was a lifesaver as they were able to come and install a new battery as soon as I needed. Tyler was fantastic and was right on time at the start of the appointment window I selected, and in a matter of minutes installed the new battery to where I was good to go! Highly recommend 1-800-Battery to anyone.”

“I ordered a battery from 1-800-Battery of Olney on Saturday the 5th of March. I picked an installation date of the following Monday, March 7th between 2 and 4 PM. On Saturday, March 5th, the day I ordered the battery, an unmarked car backed into our driveway and said he was there to put in the battery. I said we were eating dinner and he would have to come back at my appointment time the following Monday. On Monday, the same person came back to do the installation. I asked for documentation and the warranty for the battery. He said it would be emailed to me from 1-800 Battery of Olney. I called the company the next day and said my email order was all I was getting and that I could claim a warranty just by using the order number. I don't see how this could be the case since nowhere on the emails does it say Die Hard Platinum or any serial number or item number. I would not use !-800 Battery again.”

“I was extremely pleased with the quality of the service I received. I was in a quandary because my car was home with a dead battery, in a garage, and I couldn’t even put it in gear to push it out to have it jumped. The installer arrived within 2 hours, was very professional, personable & had the battery installed in 20 minutes. I would definitely use them again if I needed it. Highly recommended.”
