“Dead battery in driveway, and I couldn't drive due to recent knee replacements. Placed an order, and within 2 hours I had a new battery installed and the car was operational again. I think I will use this hassle-free method for any future needs, even when I am able to take the care somewhere!”

“1-800 Battery was amazing and 5 star service in my books. My primary battery was testing extremely low not allowing my auto start/stop, windshield detector or nothing to work when really low. This giving the situation I looked up the cost. At my Volvo dealership I would have paid over $500 for a new battery. Yes you read that accurately:) I found 1-800 Battery and was done for half the cost, same battery and a 48 month warranty! I will be keeping them in my books and will always use. They even come to you which is the best thing! I contacted them and they were here the next day!”

“I’m just going to tell you what I went through. I called at 10:30am. A ”tech” arrived approximately 2:30pm. The “tech” was preoccupied on his phone almost the whole time making him use one hand to do his job. Went inside shaking my head at his lack of professionalism. 40 minutes later I went back out. He began to tell me he couldn’t get one bolt loose because he didn’t have proper tools And had to leave for another call. Called them and they said they would call me at 9:00am the following day to have a different tech do the job. After they didn’t call by 10:30, I got a ride to the auto parts store and picked up a battery and installed it myself in under 15 minutes. I should have done this in the first place since I know how, but my car was dead and I couldn’t get a ride to the store the day it died. For this reason, the convenience of having a “professional” come to me and install a new one in my driveway was great. I have never done anything like this before. I will admit that I had a bad feeling about this. Like it was too good to be true. After I was done and I STILL hadn’t received a call from them as promised, I called them to cancel the order. Never again!”

“I ordered a battery replacement. After waiting roughly 3 hours with my young son in the car in a parking lot, I was told that the battery replacement could not be done. Finally, the service provided a jump start. However, I was o my offered a minor discount off of the jump service after all that time. And to add insult to injury, my credit card has been charged the original almost $300 charge and I have to go through the long process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. The entire charge, including the jump, should be refunded......now. If not, I should write the review publicly.”

“I ordered the battery using the web site chat feature. I was not confident with it. I didn't realize the order would be contracted to a local provider. He did show up promptly. The battery was installed. The tec. discovered the battery installed was undersized. He left and returned with a larger capacity battery. I am thankful he corrected the mistake. He tested out my electrical system and went on his way. I was expecting an Exide brand. The battery installed was an unknown brand.”
