“No one showed up to my original 8 am appointment - super frustrating, especially when chat support told me I would receive a call from the team in KC and didn’t. I ended up rescheduling for later in the afternoon, and the person *did* show up within the time frame I was given. They were super helpful and fast. Just frustrating dealing with the lack of communication in the morning”

“They did a good job overall, but showed up 22 hours early for the scheduled appointment. Because of the this, we hadn’t yet dug the car out of the snow. It was 5pm and super icy out. We dug it out for them and made it work, but were definitely not expecting them 22 hours early.”

“Daysion was here 3 hrs after appointment made which was estimated on a busy snowy day to replace my truck battery. He was very nice and made quick work of replacing my dead battery with a brand new one which I had chosen. The service and peace of mind was worth every dollar spent especially when all I had to do is wait for him to arrive. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who would prefer great service without all the work of dealing with it themselves! K.L.”

“My 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee was giving me hard time for a few days. I had to call roadside assistance twice to jump-start my car. I drove to a couple of auto parts outlets to see if they can help me to check the battery life and replace it if needed. One of them was able to help check the life but was not able to replace it. I called and asked more than 5 shops for help, but nobody knew how to do it. Then I searched for at-home service and found 1800-battery. It was quick to call and schedule an appointment. The next morning their guy was at my place with the new batteries, but unfortunately, it was a bit larger. He ran to the shop and got the right fit and replaced it in 15 minutes. I was very happy when he said now you are good to go, sir. Thank you 1800-Battery.”

“It was a cold January day and my old faithful would not start. I has purchased a battery in 2018 from the ford dealer and was not even considering my issue to be a dead battery . Needless to say, I was not looking forward to replacing my battery in this below zero weather. I searched online and found 1-800 battery and thought why not give it a try. Price wise was very comparable to buying a new battery so I said why not. It must have been a busy day for dead batteries it took about 3 hours after scheduling but Sammy Beck arrived and swapped out the battery and was off to the next customer. Thank you 1800batteries.”

“Although the wait was beyond what I selected; when Paul showed up it was all forgiven. He was fast, efficient and was so kind. I have been promoting your company all day to all the single women and businesses who could partner with your company of how pleased I am. Basically a great business aspect that nobody else offers without a prepayment for an annual contract (triple AAA, ETC). THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!”

“I give it 5 stars!! They came out but we missed one another. However a couple of phonecalls later it was reconfirmed and he returned to insert the new battery. I was visiting so my auto sat outside in some very nippy temperatures for about a week. But when I got ready to leave, it started right up. Drove from Kansas City, MO to Fort Worth/Arlington, TX without a hitch! Took it to my local service mechanic and he gave it thumbs up for the quality of the battery, as well as the hook-up. Thanks for a job well done! I would use them again without hesitation, especially if out ot town!”

“I am very satisfied with my experience with 1-800 Battery. The process was simple and the service exemplary. Sammie, came out to my home within 2 hours of my website inquiry. The status of arrival was continuously texted to me, his work was fast and efficient, all while the temperature was -5 degrees. Sammie was pleasant and helpful. All this at a reasonable price.
