I didn't even know this service existed, so that is point A for good! Point B? My tech Sam arrived and he was awesome. The battery was in and out in minutes, and all done in the comfort of my garage. I would totally recommend this service if you're busy and don't want the hassle of getting a jump, or a tow, and heading into a service station.

Arrived ahead of schedule. The gentleman that delivered and installed the battery had a few issues removing the old battery because my car is old and the bolt was hard to get out. But he kept at it until he completed the task. He was kind and respectful.

This is a fraud company. I ordered a Diehard GOLD battery which cost $350 (Including $99 service/installation fee). But serviceman trying to replace $100 Econocraft battery(not that I ordered). They didn't show/inform me which battery they replacing in to my car, so I stopped them immediately and requested a refund. It's been 8 days, they didn't refund me. I called several times. DON'T use this service unless you are owning risk. Please check your battery if you replaced it in the past, and make sure it's the right battery they replaced in the car that you ordered.

This was my first time using a service like this. The technician Daulin J. , was there within the specified time frame, he was very respectful, got the job done in a timely manner, and took the old battery with him. I was pleased with the service.

I needed a battery because my car battery died in the parking spot. Attempts to jump the battery were unsuccessful. I went online found 800- battery - the reviews were promising. Without a personal recommendation i went online and scheduled an appointment to replace my car battery between 9-11AM Saturday morning. By 11AM I had not been contacted by the installer so i called 800-battery. I was told the installer lived 90 minutes away so the install should occur by 12:30PM. The installer called - after back and forth the installer stated he would arrive by 3PM - he arrived at 3:15PM and was finished in 20 minutes. My only complaint is timing is not rigid so we had to wait an extra four hours. If I knew it would be closer to 3PM I could have used the time for other chores.

I truly understand the staffing issue an the weather was frigid cold so the first technician didn’t show but it was worth the wait the second technician was a Godsend he not only fixed my issue quickly an gave me a lesson on battery an how to release my trunk since my vehicle is keyless thanks to DeAnglo I didn’t have to catch the bus to work love that Guy he is the best

Seems a bit dysfunctional, if I hadn't called back TWICE to get a response or any information, I'm not sure the technician would have been there. He was fine once he got there at 3 pm but the appointment was between 11 am and 1 pm.

I made an appointment on line (and paid in advance) but the repairman did not show and I could not get a response from the company. Tried telephone, chat and email. The next day I got a representative on the phone who rescheduled the appointment. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. Rescheduling only becomes an issue when you get the money up front.

I ordered a battery and paid over $350 but the battery they installed was different and low capacity that caused lot of issues on remote keys and dashboard functions. The return policy mentioned indicates that no questions asked for rerun but that’s deceiving. Don’t trust that you will get what you paid for. I had very poor experience.
