“The guys did a great job loading the items I had for them to take and they were fast and efficient. They were friendly, courteous and professional. My complaint is I feel that I was overcharged. Because of the way they loaded and stacked everything in the truck, I don’t feel my items took up 1/2 the truck. I feel I should have been charged a lesser amount. My next door neighbor had your team at her house a few days later and she was going to be charged the same amount and she told them “no way” so her price went down by about $150. She had a Jet Ski, dryer or washer, furniture, miscellaneous and 11 bags of yard trash. Because of this I probably won’t use your services again. I think nearly $775 was too much. I gave a four star rating because the guys did a very good job and were very nice, which is also why I gave a tip.”
