“I received 4 bar stools that arrived in perfect condition. They are exactly as they were pictured. The ordering process was simple however the delivery took longer than anticipated as there was a delay from the manufacturer”

“This site is not just for bedrooms, they have furniture for interior and exterior, as well as many other things like accessories and decor. I found an outdoor set that was on Amazon and on other sites and paid 50% of what these other sites were charging. So they're pricing is very good and you can find some good deals. Delivery took a little bit longer than I wanted for some of the items, but for the most part I definitely will shop there again, and I've been telling other people about it because the pricing is really good for people who are trying to stretch a dollar.”

“We are from Washington State. We went to an Ashley store nearby and found the furniture that we loved. The store is probably five minutes from our house. We were looking at a reclining couch and a recliner. The 2 pieces $3500 plus tax, But then they wanted to charge us $500 for Delivery. That didn't set well with me. Since we are just down the road. If we wanted to pick them up, we would've had to drive 45 minutes, and find a truck. We came home and found one stop bedrooms. We were shocked about the price differences. We ended up ordering The same sofa and not 1 but 2 reclining chairs, plus a coffee table. We also received free shipping. I got a call from the company to make sure that everything was correct with the order. We talked about a warranty and the next day my furniture was sent out. It came very quickly and the delivery. People who handle it were fantastic. I don't think I've ever had a delivery go as smooth as this one did. There is no doubt in my mind that when I am ready to purchase again that I will come go directly to 1stopbedrooms! They save just so much money. And customer service was fantastic.”

“Product is beautiful. Really like it. Even though I had to pay for shipping when it said free shipping. I guess I live in the wrong spot LOL. But delivery was quick, packaged well. I would recommend them. I will check this site first before I look other places. Oh, it was Ashley brand.”
