“I have been a client of 24/7 Techies for several years, and have tree PCs with their coverage. They have NEVER FAILED to fix any problem. Sometimes, I had to use a second PC to get instructions so they could get to the affected PC. They have also contacted me by phone (the line relays through Temeculah, California and is quite clear). I recently had a problem that took an entire "village" of Techies to correct over the course of three days (because of slow Internet speed for major required downloads). “I have been used to having a company IT support unit but post-retirement, I found myself with problems with my Surface and WiFi without any nearby support. 24/7 was able to solve the problem. It did take a relatively long time (70 minutes) with me on the phone -- but that's what one must expect when having a "repair" remotely.
