“The Tech Support agent spent quite a bit of time trying to straighten out the issues with my MicroSoft Word program, and after his session, it now seems to be working better, but it irks me no end I have to pay a substantial fee to a Tech company to fix a product that cost me a substantial amount, and isn't more than a year old. Microsoft is all about grabbing your money, not making sure that if their product fouls up, they fix it.”
“M. the tech was able to help me with a virus claiming (u) fraudulently (/U) to be from Microsoft. It took over my whole screen, so I was unable to do anything. M.the tech was able to access my computer so "kind of like a back door' he went through my hubby's Techie account to get to mine. He then was able to get rid of the virus. He stayed with me for several hours until my computer was clean. He then advised me how I could avoid these types of virus's in the future, and what to do if one invaded my space again. He also fine tuned the computer so it would run faster. He was also very patient with me once I explained that I had had brain tumors and could be a little slow, M, thanks again for everything you did for me!!!”

“247 techies has been my computer service provider on several computers for about six (6) years. Their assistance has been the best possble alternative to a technician next door on call. Never had a problem with technology windows or printers or system issues they could not solve.
I have other service providers and none are available 247 now when needed.

“I've only had to use their services on a couple of occasions. The first time, my computer was totally messed up. I picked 24/7 Techies on a whim out of a list of hundreds of online tech support sites. I'm so glad I did. The folks on the phone couldn't have been nicer, and when they manually took over my pc, they kept me informed with "online chat" of everything they would be doing. In the end my pc was working like new! On another occasion I had a simple problem that needed to be fixed, and again, through online chat, the problem was resolved. Although they have less expensive deals, I opted for the six month deal $189.95 'just in case' because my pc is pretty old and I wasn't sure how often it would act up. At least I know reliable expert help is just a click or a phone call away. Try 24/7 Techies if your pc is sick, you'll be very satisfied with their work!”
